Joining an organized tour group is an easy and carefree travel experience. Our specialized tours are especially designed by our experienced local staff based in the countries you will be visiting: Israel Jordan, Egypt, Greece and Turkey. These special theme tours are led by tour leaders and all aspects of the tour will be taken care of from the registration process and until you get back home. The tours include most expenses: Flights, Hotels, 2 meals a day, guide, tourist bus, transfers and entrance fees.

Day 1 Israel Arrival and Neot Kedumim

Upon arrival at Ben Gurion Airport you will be met by a local Sunworld representative and our local tour guide. Drive to Neot Kedumim for a welcome tour in a very unique biblical park, and then continue to the University of Tel Aviv for a tour of the Museum of the Jewish Diaspora to view the fascinating exhibits, which trace the dispersion of the Jewish People over the centuries. Drive through the city of Tel Aviv to visit the Independence Hall. On to the ancient seaport of Jaffa, where Peter stayed with Simon the Tanner (Acts 10:13). In the evening we will meet for orientation and dinner.

Day 2 Caesarea Muchraqka Megiddo Sea of Galilee

After breakfast depart Natanya and drive through the Sharon Valley along the way of the sea to Caesarea. Visit the remains of this important Roman City where the Gentiles were first empowered with the Holy Sprit. Explore the Roman Theater and the aqueducts. Proceed to visit Muhraqa the site where Elijah challenged and defeated the 400 prophets of Baal. Drive to Megiddo, the site of the final battle of Armageddon and view the Plains of Jezreel. Visit the Excavations including the famous water tunnel. Drive via Nazareth, where Jesus spent his childhood and through Pastoral Hills of the Galilee to visit Cana, where Jesus attended a wedding and performed his first miracle and converted water to wine. On to the Sea of Galilee.

Day 3 Sea of Galilee and Boat Ride

After breakfast depart the hotel and drive to Mt. of the Beatitudes where Jesus delivered the Sermon On the Mount. Drive to Capernaun where we will see the remains of Peter 's house and where Jesus chose to center His ministry. We will visit the synagogue site where Jesus taught and worshipped, then continue to Tabgha -the Multiplying of the Loaves and Fishes. Here in Tabgha we’ll worship on the shore of the Sea of Galilee. On to Kibbutz Nof Ginossar where we will see the "Jesus Boat," similar to the one in which Jesus would have sailed in and have a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. Arrive in Tiberias- built by Herod Antipas in honor of the Roman emperor Tiberius. After dinner an optional visit to The Galilee Experience, Christian multimedia project and visit with believers in the Galilee.

Day 4 Gideon Springs and Bet Alfa

Depart Tiberias and drive to the Yardenit the baptismal site where we can participate in a Baptism ceremony on the Gideon’s Springs. Visit the ancient synagogue of Bet Alfa. Free afternoon.

Day 5 Bet Shean Jericho Jerusalem

Drive to Bet Shean and see the excavations that have revealed the country's largest ruins of a Roman city. Proceed through the Jordan Valley to Jericho, the oldest and lowest inhabited city on the world, and then continue to Jerusalem. Drive to Wadi Kelt on the old Roman road. Stop for a magnificent view over the St. George monastery. Enter Jerusalem as on a pilgrimage and view of the city from Mt. Scopus.

Day 6 Dead Sea Massada Qumran

After an early breakfast depart Jerusalem and travel east to the shore of the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth. Stop at Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Drive to Ein Gedi, the desert oasis where David hid from King Saul. Stop at the Nature Reserve for a Service at Ein Gedi. On to Massada to ascend Massada by cable car. Explore the ancient excavation of Herod’s Palaces, the bathhouse, the storerooms, the Ramp and the oldest Synagogue in the world. Continue to the shore of the Dead Sea for a “float” in the Dead Sea. Visit and dinner at Abram Tent at Genesis Land.

Day 7 Jerusalem

Day 8 Jerusalem
Drive to Mt. Of Olives for a breathtaking panoramic view of the old city of Jerusalem. Descend to the Garden of Gathsemane where Jesus prayed for God's will to be done. Visit the Crusader Church of St. Anne and the Pools of Bethesda. Drive to Mt. Zion to Visit the Room of the Last Supper and the Tomb of King David. Enter the Old City through the Zion Gate. Walk through the Jewish Quarter to visit the 4 Synagoges, the Harridan Mention and Temple Institute. On to the Western Wall, last remnant of the second Jewish Temple (which stood there in the days of Jesus). Visit the Southern Steps of Mt Moriah.

Day 9 Jerusalem

Start the day in the Garden Tomb. See the Israel Kneset and Menorah. Dig your roots into the land by planting a tree in Canada Forest. On to Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Memorial. Visit Joseph’s Storehouse at Barry Segal – 02 570 4010, on the way to Abu Gush. Take part in a Last Supper meal.

DAY 10 Jerusalem

Free day in Jerusalem or drive to Tel Maresha for archeological dig.

EILAT EXTENSION

Day 11 Eilat

Travel by bus through the Negev Desert to the Red Sea Resort of Eilat. On the way, stop at the Ramon Crater for a view of the amazing natural formations.

Day 12 Eilat
Free day in Eilat to enjoy the sun, the beach, the sea and the many activities. Or take an optional excursion to the World Heritage Site of Petra in Jordan.

Day 13 Eilat

Free morning in Eilat or visit Timna National Park to see Solomon’s Pillars and ancient copper mine and visit at the Tabernacle in the Desert. In the afternoon drive to Ben Gurion airport to fly HOME.
